In order to simplify the actual cost to produce the product you require we have come up with a list of package rates for our most popular products. The prices below are fully inclusive from the supply of artwork & master, but exclude delivery. From the date of the mastering session please allow 10 – 12 days for delivery of test pressings, from approval of test pressings please allow an additional 12 – 14 days for delivery of finished product.

Masters:- We can accept you master on CD-R or DAT, ideally your master should have the correct running order with the appropriate gaps between tracks. We can re-arrange track order, top & tail the tracks and adjust the gaps at no additional cost. If we do any editing to your master you will be provided with a CD-R reference disc for approval before cutting the lacquers.

All of our 12" vinyl mastering takes place at Alchemy-Soho mastering, one of the finest cutting rooms in the UK. You are welcome to attend the session if required. Please allow up to a week to book in mastering sessions.

Recommended Running Times:

12” Record 45 RPM 8 Minutes Per Side for maximum level
12” Record 45 RPM 10 Minutes Per Side recommend maximum for club play.
12” Record 33 RPM 12 Minutes Per Side for maximum level
12” Record 33 RPM 15 Minutes Per Side recommend maximum for club play.

These times are recommendations and will vary depending on the nature of the music.

Artwork:- We prefer to receive High Resolution / Press Quality PDF files layed out onto our templates, these can be found in the specification section. We strongly advise you to read our guidelines before supplying artwork, as incorrectly supplied artwork can lead to delays in delivery times or additional costs to rectify any problems.

If we edit your artwork we will provide you with PDF files for you to approve before we print your job. If you require we can supply you with AGFA / SHERPA colour accurate proofs for you to approve, please contact us for prices.

Please note for one colour printed album sleeves the price is for printing in either Cyan, Magenta, Yellow or Black, for any other colours please add £35.00 or a pantone colour.

Overs & Unders:- It is industry standard to manufacture and print within a 10% tolerance. Therefore an order of 500 discs may end up as 550 or 450 delivered. With vinyl we generally deliver within 5% of the ordered quantity, you will be credited or invoiced at the standard unit rate for any overs and unders. Obviously you will pay for the amount you actually receive.
