For many people, their concern for the environment is a very important aspect in the planning their DVD project and they do not like the idea of using a standard Amaray Box. With this in mind card DVD packaging has now become a preferred option. Card packaging like 5″ Card wallet and Digipack can be produced with a huge verity of layout preferences. The details laid out below are based on some of the most popular least expensive card products.

A DVD in 5″ card wallet is the most cost effective way of producing a professional DVD release. These types of product are great for standard or promotional releases being ideal for postal distribution.

DVD Digipacks are a seriously professional packaging option with a definite wow factor. They come in a huge array of designs, with multi-page and multi-disc variations or even the Digifile option that uses a DVD-Slit to hold the disc instead of a plastic tray. With the vast array of card packaging available we unable to detail the many different options here. About Our DVD Card Packaging

All of our DVD card packaging is printed on 70 – 90% recycled board with the rest of the board sourced form FSC and PEFC “durable management” stock.

All DVD packaging is printed using organic based inks, derived mainly from soya or rapeseed. If you cant find the type of packaging you require on our site, let us know what you are looking for and we will be happy to quote for your project.

Our Package Rates

All of the above CD package prices are for what we refer to as “shop ready” CD product. What this means is that the job will be delivered retail ready with the job fully packaged, the with a barcode (if required, but recommended) and shrink-wrapped.

Below you will find information about CD Digifiles and DigiSleeves and the elements that are included in our prices. You can find more technical information on our blog, if you cant find the information you need on our site, feel free to contact us with any questions you have.

We only manufacture DVD’s pressed from stampers made using the glass mastering process, we do not duplicate DVD’s on recordable discs. All masters go through a thorough inspection prior to glass mastering to ensure the data is not corrupted.

The prices above are for DVD5 discs with a maximum capacity of 4.7 GIG, we can also supply DVD9 discs with a capacity of 8.5 Gig.

All DVD’s are replicated and printed up to full colour.

All of our DVD card packaging prices include  full colour print on all pages. All printing is off-set litho CMYK print, using computer to plate technology for the best possible registration. We can also print Spot / PANTONE colours on the paper parts at additional cost.

Our package prices include provision of an EAN13 barcode. The barcode is printed on the rear inlay, it’s entirely up to you where the barcode is printed on the inlay.

Please leave a space of approximately 15 x 30mm on your artwork for us to drop the barcode into. It would help if you placed some text in this area saying “BARCODE”.

All our DigiPaks, Digifiles and DigiSleeves come shrink-wrapped as standard. If you do not want the cases wrapped please make this clear on your order. Please note card wallets do not come shrink-wrapped as standard.

All prices include delivery to 1 UK mainland address, if you require delivery to multiple addresses please add £ 25.00 + VAT per extra delivery address regardless of quantity. Please contact us for prices for delivery to any non mainland UK addresses. We can also deliver internationally, prices available on request.
