DVD in Amaray Box.

The DVD Amaray box or library box is the universal standard for DVD packaging. It’s cost effective, can hold multiple discs and a booklet for all the additional information you need. We can supply black or clear boxes depending on your requirements, with options to hold a variety of disc and booklet options with swivel trays if required.

DVD Card Packaging.

Apart from being the environmentally friendly DVD packaging option, we have all seen some DVD card packaging that has made us go WOW! And we can supply prety much anything you require as long as you have the budget to stomach it.

But don’t for forget DVD in card wallets, the perfect DVD packaging for promotion. We can also provide special DVD mailing wallets, lancing packs, DVD digi-files and books. Click here for CD in card packaging prices.

DVDDVD disc only disc only & PVC wallets.

If you have plans for your own packaging and just needs us to supply the discs, then you will find your DVD prices for disc supplied bulk wrapped here. We can also supply discs in standard PVC wallets or with adhesive strips making it easy for them to be packed into books or magazines. Click here for CD’s only and in PVC Wallets.

 

This is a small section of the types of packaging we can produce, if your looking for a particular product you cant find on our site or are looking for larger quantities please contact us for a quote.

Please note as all of our DVD manufacturing is done on large injection moulding manufacturing lines using stampers, and is not to be confused with DVD duplication, therefore it is not economical to set the machines up for orders less than 500 discs. We do not offer DVD duplication or manufacture DVD runs less than 500 discs.

DVD Manufacturing Masters:-

For DVD glass mastering you can supply the master as either DVD-R, DDPi file (on disc or upload to out FTP) or DLT tape. Please note we can not alter your DVD master, and region codes need to be set by your whilst authoring. We are able to offer various types of copy protection, please call us for details and prices. If you are unable to create your own DVD master, feel free to contact us for recommendations for authoring company’s.

DVD Manufacturing Artwork:-


DVD Manufacturing Artwork:- Ideally we would like to receive artwork files as high resolution PDF’s dropped on to our templates, the templates can be found next to prices of each product.. We advise clients to pay careful attention to the guidelines to supplying artwork that can be found in the template download file, artwork that is supplied out of specification may incur artwork charges or will meed to be re-supplied, this can increase lead times

We do check all artwork before we send it to print, if at this stage we come across any problems we will let you what they are and how to fix them. We will check the re-supplied artwork, however if this is still incorrect we may charge fees to check further submissions, this will be charged at £ 15.00 per re-supply. If you would prefer us to edit your artwork or are looking for a full design service please contact us for prices

If for any reason we make changes to your artwork we will send you PDF files for you to approve before your order is sent to print. If you require we can supply you with AGFA / SHERPA colour accurate proofs for you to approve, these are charged at £25.00+VAT per A4 sheet.

Lead times:-


Lead times:- From when we receive your DVD master and PDF artwork files, and as long as they are supplied to our specifications, you should allow 14 – 16 calendar days for most products outside the peak times of the year, for digi-packs, jobs that require hand packing and specialist products allow 16 -18 days. If we need to do any editing to your master or artwork this will cause days and we will need to send audio reference disc for masters and PDF proofs for artwork to approve before we can commence manufacturing.

During the build up to the summer & Christmas and either side of bank holidays turnaround can be longer. If your turnaround is time critical please advise of this at the outset of your order in and we will do everything we can to deliver for this date. However due to the complexity of manufacturing we can not guarantee to meet all deadlines.
