The industry standard packaging for a DVD is the Amaray DVD Case, which are usually black or clear and are used for all kinds of DVD releases, being favoured by manufacturers, distributors and retail outlets alike.

DVD Amaray boxes offer excellent protection for the disc and come with a Full Colour wrap around DVD insert that fits in the clear pocket that surrounds the case. The usual format for a DVD insert is the DVD front cover and rear cover that contains details of the DVD program and the barcode along with the required credits and specifications.

These DVD inserts can also be printed full colour both sides for use with a fully clear DVD Amaray Case. Furthermore there is an option to place a DVD booklet on the inside of the case. DVD booklets can be 4, 6, 8 or 12 pages depending on the amount of information or design elements required.
